JORDAN Congress Bureau facilitates booking of hotel accommodation for conference participants. We have reserved a number of rooms for conference participants. All of the hotels are located in the vicinity of the conference venue.

If you wish to make a hotel reservation please do the following steps:

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOTEL BOOKING

Accommodation will be allocated on the first come, first served basis. We recommend booking your rooms at your earliest convenience. Full payment until cancellation deadlines is  required to confirm reservation.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE

Accommodation rates per room and night include: accommodation, breakfast (except BABILON) and VAT tax. All extra expenses such as minibar, telephone, parking etc. must be paid directly at the hotel when checking out. 

PAYMENT METHODS

​​​​​​Credit card (on-line payment), Bank transfer (proforma and bank details are sent to registered email).  Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent to registered email.

CHANGES IN CURRENT RESERVATIONS

For any changes to existing reservations please contact Jordan Congress Bureau by email: ewa.bochenek@jordan.pl and quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.

 

CANCELLATIONS

​​​​​Notification of reservation cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Jordan Congress Bureau by email: ewa.bochenek@jordan.pl. Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the booking process. 

 

REFUNDS​

Please note, there are various cancellation deadlines at the offered hotels. In case of cancellation after the cancellation deadline, payment will not be refunded. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they will accept no direct changes. Refunds will only be made after the congress if the room is resold by Jordan Congress Bureau.
